Rise of Rome

I just started playing Rise of Rome and put together an army as Rome and went after Carthage. I notice I'm behind the real Punic war schedule, but I just took Carthage....and no victory points...

Are there any discussions about this scenario, I tried looking and could not find any...thanks...

An Official Mods sub-forum exists under the CIV4 General forum here. The header states BTS but there are threads for the Warlords scenario. Check through the forum and you will find Rise of Rome threads or just use the forum search feature.

It's been a while since I played the scenario, but I do recall that you need to capture a special colored tile from each civ, which is located generally in the vicinity of their capitols - like Carthage. I think the tiles have an obelisk type thingy and they are blue, yellow, red and green. You may need to build a road to it, but I'm not sure. It does need to be within your culture borders, which is inevitable anyway.
