here it is. now need the attack orders:
remember, no "keep attacking till" stuff. its a list how many armies from which territory to which territory that i need.
and everyone one gets one Surge attack (attack with armies from a territory you expect to win).
EDIT: forgot to add, the only one to trade in cards was Green (kentharu). he traded in:
S. Africa Cannon
Mongolia Infantry
Ukraine Cavalry
for 10 armies +2 bonus in ukraine. that gave him 13 armies in reinfocements in addition to the ukraine bonus, but he could only fit 10 of em on the board (2+3+3+2), so the last 3 got lost.

yes, send attack orders now. attacks only, no tactical moves. that phase is after this one (you can include it in your orders if you're sure you know what it will be, but it wont be in the upcomming update)

wow, i'm actualy impressed. i think this may be the first time ever that i got more then half the orders for a game the same day i did the update.

are you kidding. even in the most active of games, a player should (and will) get atleast a full day to send in orders. the update wasnt even 24 hours ago and you're already advocating NPCing people. eeeessshhh, and i thought i was impatient.
i'm not even to the point of hurrying North King and Bacon King along yet, they are easily with in any timelimit for sending orders.
only reason i posted which orders i was still missing is cause it surprised the heck out of me that i got 4 of 6 orders in something like 9 hours after the update.
plus if they know that i've got all those orders already, then if they check up on the game today they are more likely to actualy do their orders today as apposed to leaving it for later.
if another DAY (not hours, lol) goes by and i dont hear anything from either one, then i may try to hurry them along.
as for being demoralized and quiting, well, that's a very dastardly (almost put a "b" at the start of that word instead of a 'd') thing to do.
if anyone who had a not so plesant situation in a game quit, then no one would ever win (or only win by default, not by actual victory).
i hate it when people quit games just cause they're not doing well in the game. and you're suggesting that i force a quit on two of my players for no other reason than that the rest of the players happened to all come online yesterday.

My point is just that NESers have a proven tendency to wuss out when the going gets tough, hey I've felt it myself. Play by post takes a lot of time and sometimes I guess it just doesn't feel worth it.
I think it's a worthy theory though, they're all doing badly and about to wiped out one way or another.
Try PM'ing them and wait for half a week then they will probably send orders.

i know, unfortunately, NESers do have that tendency, but I find i sleep easier if i discourage that tendency, and not enforce (or reinforce) it.
i will. only in reverse order. wait half a week, then PM them. lol. but i'm hoping that neither will be neccessary. last time i posted "have all but black and blue" i got both their orders within 12 hours, so i'm very optimistic.

lol, I dont think any of those colors are close to being destroyed yet. If you look close enough, and plan far enough in ahead, they all have a chance.
