Road to War mod causing CTD with 3.19

Road to War scenario causes CTD when you try to play as the Germans for the "regular" option, and, strangely, if you pick one of the Hitler options, the Germans don't appear at all in the list of players. This scenario worked fine prior to installing the 3.19 patch. Am I doing something wrong? All the other BTS scenarios/mods seem to work fine.
