I really don´t know whether or not i am in correct forum here but i performed a search and i couldn´t find it.
When playing Road To War as America the city of Reykjavík has no connection to any resources.
to reproduce the bug:
1. Load the "road to war" mod with the euro map.
2. Play as America
3. Select Reykjavik city screen.
