Hello, I am bestrfcplayer and am here to bring you guys what I think is going to be a really fun RTD. Btw, I hope a lot of you have, or am reading (like yours truly) the Hunger Games trilogy.
To start off, sign up by creating a character. Your character will have to have the following; name, age (12-18) gender and district that they come from (only two [one male and one female] per district).

NOTE: Just because you and another person are from the same district, does not mean that you are on the same team.
NOTE 2: I'm sure you all know this, but just to make sure, here's the rolling system
[1]-Epic Fail. The action was not performed, and backfired horribly.
[2]-Fail. Nothing happened.
[3]-Partial Success. The exact degree of success is established by the GM.
[4]-Success. The action was carried out adequately.
[5]-Epic Success. The action succeeded in the most positive way possible.
[6]-Overshot. Though the result was achieved, the action backfires horribly due to disproportionately large effort.
NOTE 3: House Rules
1. Be nice to the other players. If anything crosses the line, you will be killed.
2. Do not troll (although light trolling will be accepted) nor flame other players. 1st time offenders will be given a warning, then if you do it a 2nd time, you will be killed off.
3. I have the right to kill players to move the story along, but only if they are being incompetent to the game.
4. You all start off with 100 HP.
5. Have fun. And may the odds be ever in your favor!
NOTE 4: This does mean that the other RTD is officially dead.
