Here you go.

Looks great (the unit, that is). :)

BTW, I don't think there ever where any roman princesses. ;)

Thanks Stormy :thumbsup:

@Stormrage: No, the latin word for "King" is "Rex". The Romans despised kings, because they were ruled over by Etruscan kings for a while. Therefore, the future Roman dictators called themselves emperors, or "Imperator" in Latin.

Do all Croats love huge axes, or is it only the CFC one?

Untrue- dictators didn't use this terminus. Imperator actualy derives from the roman army, standing for a "commander" of an army whereas a "dictator" was usualy an appointed migistratus (who was sole inhibitor of his title and did not have to share power, as with almost all early Roman offices)- hence the reference to his power of dictating. An imperator basicaly 'own' his troops (well, rather he owns their equipment and pays them out of his own pocket- hence their loyalties were sworn to the Imperator instead of the Roman Senatus).

Romans didn't despise kings or royalty- in fact Ceasar was due to be crowned three times by the people of Rome, yet himself refusing the coronation. Royalty existed throughout the Roman era and retained its proviledges.

The reason the monarchy was abolished was indeed due to an Etruscan king, Tarquinius Superbus. However the Romans didn't hate him due to the fact the was Etruscan, yet because of his cruel, murderous savagery during his reign. The two preceeding Etruscan kings, Tarquinius Priscus and Servius Tullius, were remembered for their great achievements (amongst others Priscus had the Circus Maximus built while Servius introduced the Roman constitution and civil rights for all citizens and non-citizens of the eternal city).

Well, I think there is some humour in everything (like me hating simple answers ;)) and quit threadjacking, you and you :lol:

@Stormrage: Good, then I can still sleep at night without worrying about being abducted by a pack of Croats with huge axes.

@Winter: By writing "dictator", I meant a person who governs a country like a king, not the Roman title. And because I'm a lazy bugger, I simplified my answer a little. The part about the Roman people wanting to crown Caesar was entirely new to me, though. Thanks for that information.

@Partizanac: AFAIK=As far as I know.

Ok, I'll stop threadjacking and spamming now.

Yo, Gaias? Any female units in RTW?

Yep. Half naked screeching german ones.

And that thing about Caesars crown was staged. He got his lackeys to offer him the crown so he could publicly refuse and show what a fine upstanding man of the people he was.

Yo, Gaias? Any female units in RTW?
Yep, the Scythian head-huntresses!

Keep up the good work, Gaias! Which is another way of saying "keep 'em coming," although that's a little less encouraging given the 3-year burden you referred to elsewhere. ;)
