Safe To Buy Used Copy???

I was wondering if it safe to buy a used copy of Civ5. It has the instructions and Key code still. Any potential problems?

Do NOT buy it.

Civ5 is a Steam bound game. If you install it first, the registration key will be bound to your Steam account, and can not be transferred to another account. Used Civ5 keys are totally useless.

Yeah, don't buy it. The key code was likely already used by someone else, which will mean the product won't work.

DONT BUY IT!

The DRM will prevent you from using it. You can get it on Steam when a sale comes up at a price probably cheaper than whatever this person's offer is. Probably around Christmas.
