Safest media sharing programm

I want to download myself a media sharing programm but I've heard some pretty nasty stuff about Kazaa. The only other ones I heard of are WinMx and Warez.

Which one do you think is the best when it comes to pc security? Are there any?

Kazaa Lite is free of spyware. I've used it myself with no problems.

Good luck finding it. OldVersion.com just shut down all its Kazaa Lite downloads.

I like to use Limewire, even though it slows my computer down. It verifies the download and is very efficient.
