I think B.C.'s sales tax is at 8% now, for a total of 15%. Damn Liberals, they were supposed to be an improvement over the NDP!

Actually, it's 7.5% If the NDP'd balanced their books once in their last 5 terms of office we'd be getting a reduction by now

my tax rate would start a 0. as, remember, everyone gets government money. to tax government money is stupid! its like saying "ok, heres $100, I needed to use $5 to give it to you... but I need half of it back, at an expence of $5 to be again... and if you get a refund, then Ii'll spend another $5..." WTH is that! I mean, geeze, cant the government take the money out BEFORE they tax you? oy vey!

the government supplimented income {living wage} would be tax-free. then the taxes would gradually go up to the maximum, 66.666% for anyone making more then 1 million dollars a year.

at any time, the government can give money back to the people. but essecinally, it should be used to pay for anything that people want. not items, but things. like research, the military, roads, nationalized health care, government servaces, etc...
