If you purchase a satellite in a city, (lasercom in this case) the turn before you finish building another satellite (it was anoter lasercom satellite) 1 of them disappears. (when the second satellite is finished being produced)
Number of times it occured: Once ( i only had this happen to me once, I haven't tried to make it happen again)

Unfortunately I didn't realize I should have saved at the time, and do NOT have a valid save.
This bug seems important enough to mention even though I don't have a save.
