That's a very short list you've got there allan! :)

My favourites include:
  • Vintage reserve cheddar - so strong it takes the roof of your mouth off
  • Cottage cheese - delicious on a sandwich or with chilli con carne
  • Chevre (goats cheese)
  • Jarlsberg
  • Edam
  • Gouda with cumin seeds
  • Red Cheshire
and I could go on and on...
By the way, Wisconsin Munster is very different to the real Munster we get here in Europe. Many Americans don't like it!

OK. How many of you can pronounce "Gouda" properly?
Clue: it isn't like "goo-da" ;)

Favorite cheese: Emmental

What about some of the greats?

Danish Bimbo, Czech sheep's milk cheese, Venezuelan Beaver Cheese, Smoked Austrian, Japanese Sage Darby.

SHUT THAT BLOODY BAZOUKI OFF!

Ah, cheesy comestibles....

Customer: (deliberately) Have you in fact got any cheese here at all.
Owner: Yes, sir.
Customer: Really?
(pause)
Owner: No. Not really, sir.
Customer: You haven't.
Owner: Nosir. Not a scrap. I was deliberately wasting your time, sir.
Customer: Well I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to shoot you.
Owner: Right-Oh, sir.
(The customer takes out a gun and shoots the owner)
Customer: What a *senseless* waste of human life.

Sorry, couldn't resist the temptation. I love any cheeeeese

I like brie and cumin-cheese the best on sandwiches, feta in my salads and mozarella on my pastas.

Stormerne, I know how to pronounce Gouda (well what did you expect from a dutchman......:crazyeyes )
