Add more units to Israel
Just to make it closer to reality.
Israel has more tanks than britain, italy and france put together.
and I'm NOT joking.
It also has a bigger airforce, and about the same amount of soldiers.
Man... it is loading the scenario soooo slow..it is saying configuring scenario for 5 minutes and is not done yet..i have a p3 550 mhz btw so it should be faster. maybe its a fault. is it slow on your comp. too?
btw why can u only play as america?
Why should eastern Europe be part of "Europe"? They were originally part of the East Front. Even now that that doesn't exist... They're not part of NATO either. I think culturally seen they still belong to Russia.

2: I experience the same. Indeed, probably because of the size of the scenario. Too bad. It's probably gonna change after the next patch (which unfortunately is going to take some time).

I would suggest making Israel, Taipei, and Seoul a separate modern very well armed ally of US civilization.
I would also increase the speed of modern naval units.
I would also rename Dallas to Houston because of location.
I wanna keep the rules just normal; except for the Civs. And Dallas will become Houston then. Though almost all cities are very dislocated. It's more a matter of which one is more important...
Money and technology can only be set up to a player, not a Civ. So I'm afraid I have to keep it this way and people who want to play this scenario should have to change the human player themselves with the editor.

No Eastern Europe is closer to Europe than to Russia imo. They are because in a few years some of them have joined the EU. In the last 10 years or so they have prepared for that. You DO know that the Sovjet Union and the Warszava Pact are gone and that communism is death, don't you?
Czech Rep., Poland, the 3 Baltic countries, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia at least should be with Europe... I don't know about the Balkans, but they shouldn't be with Russia either.
Ok, Bukarest will go to Europe. Warchau become Minsk and stays Russian.
The Ukraine stays Russian, Zarn. The Greeks and Turks are in the same Civ as well. Taipei is Chinese; South Africa is African; Norway is European; East Timor is in the same Civ as Indonesia; Grozny is Russian; etc. How much they don't like each other, this is Civ! I can't make a special Civ for all of those.

All said was give it a different name. I'm part Ukrainian, that was an insult within itself. Trust me, no Ukrainian likes to be called Russian. Why couldn't you call them Eastern Europeans or something like that?
I think there is miscommunication. Keep them together, but give it a different name was what I asked for. It doesn't matter now. I will create a different scenario. I know that you wanted to make a scenario for everyone, and I thank you for it, but it is too inaccurate for me. Please do not take this the wrong way.
