Its looking good!! When you release it can I use some parts of the graphics in my alien defence mod? (its more landbased, so it will primerly be some resorces and some ships...)

Dunno about grey fox.

I did about 10 days of work on my mod, got about 6 basic units done, but i need to do a tech tree and balance industry etc, which will take ages so i havent started it yet.

Is this going to be very futuristic? I mean WAY future. Seeing that the bomber even looks like a modern one makes me think it isn't. If it is very futuristic how are you planning to do the techs, say, from the second age onwards?

I find this cool game it is called Galactic Civilizations it's the same as Civilization 3 but it is just like this mod. So I have pretty much lost interest in this mod.

Well I haven't lost interest in this mod. I think it's a pretty good idea. I've played Galactic Civilizations as well, and IMHO there's nothing in it that isn't done better in MOO2. I look forward to the first version of this mod.

Although I haven't played MoO2 or MoO3, Galactic Civilizations is a pretty sweet ass game to play. Still looking forward to the finished product of this space mod. Keep up the good work Grey Fox.

MOO2 = Master of Orion 2
MOO3= Master of Orion 3

If you like Galactic Civilizations, you should love MOO2. MOO3 was just released and IMO it has some problems. They went and made it too complicated, took the fun out of it. I think Galactic Civilizations is a good game, I just feel that MOO2 is better.

Anyways, looking forward to the Final Frontier mod.

If you can ever find an old copy of MOO2, you should check that out too. Also, another fun 4X game is Reach for the Stars, released a couple of years ago.
