Sci-Fi mod/scenario for Civ3

Is there something similar to Civ2 ToT Sci-Fi scenario designed for Civ3?

Yes, there's still Alpha Centauri of course, a whole sci-fi Civ game, but personally I never liked real world nations reference in SMAC too much (although as a whole SMAC(X) is a masterpiece, there's no doubts here). Some abstract futuristic factions are better for me.
