Science From Great Writing?

I'm sure I saw a screenshot since the expansion where somebody was getting two science from each Great Writing. I don't think it used mods but I'm not certain. Sadly I can't find the screenshot now, but is there a new bonus in the game that grants this? I searched but can't find anything.

If you are suzerain, the Babylon city state provides +2 science for each great work of writing you have.
