The fact that a correlation has been observed doesn't mean that anyone's complaining that it's an unbending universal law. There's room for debate as to the reason for that correlation, sure, but the fact is that it exists, so unless it's been additionally established that significant numbers of Scots, Welsh and Irish have worse diets at the same economic level, this report doesn't really tell us much that we couldn't have figured out for ourselves.
An English diet? So eating English will finally be relegallised.
