Scramble for Africa multiplayer, is it possible?

Has anyone gets working scramble for africa scenario in multiplayer?
When I select mods -> scramble for africa I can only choose single player. But I have seen some videos on youtube where people are playing this scenario in multiplayer online.

Can someone give me some advice to get it working!

I know that you can play the scenario in GMR environment.
But I don't know how to play it in simal. turn MP.
