Scratched laptop screen

I dropped my laptop a while ago and scratched the screen and I was wondering if anyone knew of any ways to fix it. Could I pollish it out with a lens-cloth or something? Or would I need to use something else?

If it doesnt wipe right off, then no, its scratched pretty well for good. You will have to just deal with it.

Dude if it don't work replace it. If it does work and it doesn't bother you leave it the heck alone! Screens are expensive! My dad tried to replace a broken screen and found you might as well buy a new laptop. If it does work and your bothered by it... get used to it! As I said much too expensive.
