Scroll with Mouse on Top - NOT Working

Initially it is NOT possible to scroll with the mouse on the map left/right and up/down.
We need to 'enable' that option via the 'scroll when mouse on edge' via the Options menu.

Scrolling left/right and down is working fine, but NOT scrolling up.

Scrolling up works only if you place the mouse just below the top bar.
Once you place the mouse on or above the the top bar, then scrolling up won't work - that should be fixed.

Scrolling up should work Only when the mouse is above the top bar.

In addition to that, the mouse cursor disappears when we move it all the way to the right, and all the way down.
It doesn't disappear when we move the mouse all the way up, or all the way to the left.

Mouse cursor should never disappear.

my edge scrolling is not working as well. Additionally I can't even bind the mouse to the game so it ends up on my second screen when scrolling right. And top scroll does not work. This was an issue in the space one and to my knowledge was never resolved

This issue/bug hasn't been fixed in the latest patch.

This is very distracting as well as annoying, please fix it soon.

I wanted also to mention that placing the cursor on the other AI leaders (top right) is causing the screen to move up.
The same it true when placing the cursor on the icons at the top left.
That shouldn't happen.

In addition to that, when moving the cursor all the way to the bottom right corner of the screen, the screen doesn't move at all, but it should.

Someone posted a FIX for the mouse edge scrolling, so here is the link on how to fix this issue:

The only thing it doesn't fix is the bottom-right diagonal edge scrolling.
That still won't work.
