scrolling issues

Edge scrolling was obviously a problem when the game first came out. There's a reddit post that's been floating around that fixes most of the issues by editing WorldInput.xml. It fixed most of my issues when the game came out, but the bottom right corner never did work.

It looks like Firaxis still hasn't fixed it themselves? They could easily officially fix scrolling. I haven't played in months, but one of the patches must've overwrote WorldInput.xml because my changes have reverted to default.

I'm assuming everyone else is still having the scrolling issue? Has anyone found a fix for scrolling the bottom right corner? Or even a mod? I'm not finding anything beyond what I could find at the end of October. The cause seems to be the panel in the bottom right corner blocks the scrolling.

This is still a problem.....and completely baffling that it has still not been fixed.

Hope this is the appropriate location to report a bug in the game. I was scrolling across the map and as I was doing so, a message popped up and the screen continued to scroll in the direction the was last selected. After closing the message, I could not prevent the screen from continuously scrolling. On a hunch, I selected "Unit needs orders" and it appeared that the problem fixed itself until I tried to use the arrows keys again to scroll across the screen and the bug reappeared in the direction the glitch previously occurred. Hope this issue can be fixed.
