scrolling on macbook doesnt really work

Hello there!

Love the game - have played all through my life except civ5.! Back again in Civ 6, and its really great, thank you!

One thing bugging me is that I can't scroll properly in any windows with my touch pad.! Eg. in tech tree, I have to scroll really hard for it to do anything, and then in one "tick", it scrolls a bit afterwards. I have tried to toy with the setting in settings about it, but didn't help. I have to select the tiny scroll bar with the mouse which takes extra time and is a bit annoying.

This happens with lot's of games. Victoria II for example is unplayable. My guess it's because of the inertia behavior, which you can't disable afaik. You were able to change it on the magic mouse, though, if I recall correctly.
Buy a cheap mouse with a scroll wheel instead?
