Had a cav rush game yesterday on deity and had to fight walls even in the first City I took (china) but usually still works. Cleaned my continent (two civs) and came with Cav for the second one. I actually played sloppy afer that, a good chunk of my continent stayed empty bc I only build one or two settlers and mostly used the cities I took, left the cities state alive. Still got Cav early enough to rush the first of three civs on the other continent without problems, for the others too I still could use Cav but had to fight against spain's cossacks and first Inf-Units. Bought some tanks and Artillery as support and killed them. (tbh I thought I could upgrade cav to tank, was my first finished game, abandoned all others before actually finishing)
