Searching Disabled?

Did I miss an announcement? I tried to do a search for a Civ3 question, and got a message stating that Searching has been disabled.

I got it too.

I suspect it's related to the various "sorry the server is too busy" messages that have been cropping up of late; I seem to recall TF disabling it a while ago to try to protect the server from overload.

MadScot is probably correct. I hope it will be enabled soon since that's how I keep track of the threads I've posted in.

Search is temporarily disabled as a server load saving measure. likely untill Poly (the other great civilizations forums site) is back up.

damn those apolytoners for screwing up the search!
I needed the search last night to search the forum for information over D-Day for a paper that i was doing last night due today
luckily i got done with it and turned it in today

Also, as I understand it, the forums do not have their own server and a subject to sever demans from host, Tellefragged. Is this correct, Thunderfall.

Our forum is the "only big thing" on the server, according to Telefragged.
