[NFP] ( Secret Societies bug) sometimes Hermetic order don't trigger

even though I found Natural wonders sometimes Hermetic order don't trigger. that happens most often when I found natural wonder via indirect means ( i.e when I met a civ or becoming Suzerain of CS) or when multiple Secret societies gets triggered ( when Owls of Minerva gets triggered along with Hermetic order, Hermitic gets ignored and I only get invites for Owls... even though CS has Natural wonders)
