There was an episode that involved George chasing an ex-coworker across the country to deliver a comeback after George was insulted. What was the final exchange of insults. I'm looking for:

third party comment

'Black Saab'?

Which overdue book led to Jerry's meeting with New York Public Library officer Mr. Bookman?

Yep.
It's all yours.

In the episode "The Understudy" Jerry dated Bette Midler's understudy. What was the understudy's full name?

Gennice Grant.

Jerry dates a woman who plagiarizes a letter to get him back after he breaks up with her from a play. What play does she plagiarize the letter from, who wrote the play, and what is the woman's occupation?

Her name is Nina West, she is a painter, and the play is "Chapter 2" by Neil Simon.

What is the *only* episode where George does not appear? A title would be great, but a description will suffice.

is that the episode where jerry and elaine are in florida with jerry's parents?

Excellent, my knowledge of Seinfield will finally be of use.
EDIT: Mike's question is damn hard!

I think the problem with this question (and the reason why it has gone unanswered for two days) is it is too esoteric. Since each Seinfeld episode usually has 4 distinct plotlines, 1 for each character (though they may intersect), it is quite difficult to keep them together. Where it is easy to remember the Elaine plot from episode x, the Jerry plot from episode x, and Kramer plot from episode x, and the George plot from episode x, each by themselves, it is much more difficult to remember that they were all from episode x. I can't specifically remember the George plot from many episodes, just as I can't remember the Jerry plot, Elaine plot, or Kramer plot. I guess what I'm saying is, "I have no frickin' clue!"
