Not cheating. I remembered the details, then looked up the episode number as a reference for others. You'll note that I didn't do this for the first question I answered. I provided the full name and episode number when I confirmed the answer of my question; I thought it was a nice touch to mention it in the post, and so I looked it up when I answered my second question. To prevent this misunderstanding in the future, I will end this practice.

The name is mentioned in episode 4.13, "The Pick." When Elaine mails out her revealing Christmas card photo, her sister calls her to complain about it, or more specifically, to complain about her son's (Elaine's nephew) getting a good shot of his aunt's nipple. The one i can think of is that he is afraid of being gay. This is shown especially in the episode where he dates a "female Jerry", hilarious when at the end hiis girlfriend cuts her hair really short(to get gum out) and she looks a lot like Jerry. It is also shown that he is afraid of being gay when he gets a massage but gets a male massuer (is that it? and not masseusse?) and he is afraid that "it" moved when he was being massaged. There are other instances but i can't quite seem to dig them up. Here's the question:

What country did Jerry's Aunt, that had a pony, immigrate from? Jerry said he hated anybody that had a pony growing up at a dinner celebrating his Aunt and Uncle Isaac's wedding anniversary and his Aunt said she had one. BONUS: What was the name of the Aunt?

Unless Immortal is referring to a different episode where George's girlfriend has mono, I've reached the same conclusion.

George and Jerry do discuss the film Alive in the beginning of the episode. Is that what you were thinking of Immortal?
