[R&F] Setting Barbarian Turn Count

I've been watching some of PotatoMcWhiskey's YouTube videos. During one episode he was in the advanced options in the set up menu and was able to set a feature called "barbarian turn count." I have been searching high and low and cannot figure out how to enable this feature. In deity mode, it could be pretty useful. I don't know if this is a mod. Any help would be appreciated!

It’s part of the YnAMP mod. It lets you set what turn barb camps can start spawning on. You can play vanilla maps with the mod on.

If you subscribe through the Steam workshop, you don't have to deal with files. (Can't help with the file type, sorry.)

7z is also a compressed folder like zip & rar. There is a free 7z decompressing freeware you can get. Just google it out.
