Very boring: just moving units around and preparing for the final assault on Alex. Bombing Khazak every turn. Managed to spread the "Good News" in various places - probably around 75% success rate for missionaries. I set all the governors to growth to improve our vote count. Oh, and I amused myself destroying various of Toku's improvements using spies.

Hmm. One think I just noticed, looking back over the screenshots: make sure that the ground units being transported by sea are fully promoted and healed. One of the armors is currently under strength, and while the defences at Khazak are fairly pitiful (2 gunships, 2 artillery, 2 destroyers, 1 sub) there is no point in taking chances. And keep pounding away with the bombers so that the defenders are kept at 1/2 strength.

You know what? When I was in the Infantry, I knew a girl (several, really) who wore combat boots. One looked like a supermodel, and she was deadly. Sure, her smile stabbed you in the chestal region, and she moved all bouncy... but she could drop a man at 600 metres and was scary ninja-like during unarmed combat training.

Combat boots are okay, but my mom don't wear any. That's okay, they make your feet stinky. Moccasins are much better.

Here's how it was going.

Xochi is doing better now too, more culture, and Saladin's city to the east is getting pillaged by Toku and our spy is working it over too. Heh heh.

I got Tenochtital working on a cathedral thingy, buy it when you can and then switch back to culture. Push Saladin's border back, but everywhere we are pumping out culture almost. Citys have no reason to add any more improvements, so we are throwing out a lot of culture (not even including the 80% boost we are paying!)

Maybe we'll win by culture if we keep this up! lol
