Sorry about signing up for the past two SGs and not actually contributing in any way RL got busy. You know how it goes.

Anyhow, I posted in the signup thread. If you guys are ok with me coming back for SGOTM 17 as part of FE, I'll be here. If you decide that my sign-up and run tactics from the past two SGs are unforgivable and would rather I go elsewhere, I would understand that as well.

Just let me and the sign-up thread know!

I have no problem with you having RL problems, but if we are very few in the team I would like to know if you think you will be the whole time or will have to drop in and out.

The main thing that kept me from the last two games was a new baby. Since he is now a year old and doesn't wake my wife and I up five (hundred) times a night, I have had a lot more time for civving. I don't have anything major coming up between now and June, so I should be good to go for the whole thing

You were lucky to have ZPV for a game. I still remember SGOTM 15 where he took on that 22 stack of red coats. Truly showed off some war skills. Neil knows how to give these teams a challenge.

Hopefully the post in S and T will bring more traffic here. Not sure any have signed up yet. Maybe Alan could do a more official post with a sticky on it.

Well, if enough new players aren't drawn in there is always the possibility of merging teams without enough players.

Does anyone have any good references on conquest victories? I'm more into sitting down and building while killing any AI foolish enough to declare on me.

I really like military games, but my play time is very limited. I will try to run a test game or two with the same settings. (Although the map type and kcd's post indicate that testing this map type is impossible)

I think MGN have made a similar suggestion to us. I really think we should wait and see numbers before we start carving up all the teams. X team only have 4 players right now.

I think the unallocated players should perhaps be left to the end.
