On test game by running 2f1c tile for 2 turns I end up at 149 hammers on T41. Mainly because I used 2f1c for 2 turns. Hmmmm. What is the difference in micro here? I could try for 1 turn on test game.

If you do not build warrior first and mine to the west first, you can get the GW on T41 if you work four mines and no pigs on T40. I used the test game I posted a week ago. I am not certain if there is a turn difference in masonry. I thought there was based on Packers' screenshots. I do not have access to a CPU.
Yes if I avoided pigs on T40 I would of gained a turn. I assumed you got T41 not doing this.
On live game we do appear to have masonry a turn earlier. I had edited my test game to show this.
Okay to get T141. I used 2f1c for 1 turn. Then used 1f2h if mine was not ready. I end up on T41 with TGW complete but s5 1 turn off. I tried doing 2 turns of 2f1c. The issue was it didn't time well as it shrunk a city size at S5 when i needed the 13 hammers.
I should be clear that I don't have strong feelings about the Wheel, but we should get a worker tech before we finish the last mine. We should be prepared to change our plans if a forest grows on one of Rome's hills.
Well best worker tech might be agriculture if we plan farms. The trade route only really supplies 1 commerce. Of course farms are only useful if we needed growth and had happiness. of course 2-3 farms later could be great if we have mids.
That being said building lots of roads early on is never great. I don't anticpate roads towards stone. Unless we wanted chariots early? If isolated only really useful if barb cities to attack. hmmm.

The only 2 forests that can develop forests are to SE of capital. Forest can only spread N, E, S or west. (Not SE SW NE or NW). Possible way to safeguard this could be to work those two hills first or just take the risk. The ironic thing is these are the last 2 forests we plan to mine. Has BSp put far too much thought into this map?? Hmmm.
Warrior issues. Run from bears. Try to head back safely once healed. Try to avoid fights is possible.

I didnt said that we will not whip in Rome oposite we will for sure.
But what iam suposing is that we will grow to fast with grenary witch force us to produce workers (maybe too many).
But iam not sure dont have expirience with playing a gamet trough froum, need to check it out.

Mysticism is a great alternative, but I don't believe the Oracle is truly worth so much less since we cannot trade the free tech for 4-5 other techs. Of course, you could argue that since we can't trade for techs, it is more valuable. I favor the former viewpoint.
Main thing about Oracle is not to Oracle somekind fo tech, but is to oracle monarchy.
In normal game without tech tradeing is ok i can agree with your arguments.
But i dont agree here with this rules where ability to grow, define your empire this cant be compered only from techtradeing view allso we have some wine witch we can sell.

Good to see some testing Yeahh. The barb issue down south is why I kept a warrior fog busting the gems. The alternative is to build a galley. Probably safer and we may find an island to settle. BSP is very good at giving us island cities.
Happy for TW, Agriculture. Shulec was happy with TW too.
I like fish as second city for the food and definate coastal access. Horse is nice if we were truly going for an early war. Not so sure we will be here. Would require a lot of shipping units early on.

So I would build GW. Build 1-2 warriors. Before settler. Settle 1NE of fish. Then build workboat there. I would not settle stone second city. Way too much delay for second city. Unless you truly want mids that quickly???

Yes iam deleying 2nd city by about 14 turns but i have 4th like 60 turns ealier and mids.
If you going for mids, go for it, if you want to go for maybe mids dont do this.
Pics uploaded. The whole point of a team is discussing best strategies. We have the southern stone. We also have 2 eastern stone that would require road but has no food. I like southern stone as we can almost build a settler and forget about it for 10+ turns.
Of course you don't get stone till sailing and we have a coastal city.
I have no idea about 4th city dates. never played the game that far on so seriously. Besides right now we can't even tell which of 4 warriors will live here.
We could just leave Ringo down there and build more warriors later?? My logic here is it would stop a barb city spawning there. If we plan to go stone second city that could work.

if you go thourgh hills you safe and you can haggin around on this forested hills to promote him,

I dont know what with Ringo on south personally i wouldnt fog bust there, i would fortify him on gems so barbs wont spaw there, but maybe you right to be safe, fog bust ther with him but we need another 1 then on gems.

I didnt settle 4th city too, but for 4th city we need 8 pop and 8 doable only with Monarchy, when we get Monarchy ? 60 turns ? maybe more, maybe less.

Issue for 3rd and 4th city is we need 3 and 4 buildings respectively. Doable. Test save is never going to be perfect. I have had to move Mansa and Aztecs. We also have no Mecca. So we can only really use it to plan our own empire. Because the Ai starts will be way off. Simply not enough land for 6 more AI. Which means they could be quite cramped on this map or have small islands. I have divided up the land by way of mountains.
To get test game closer to live game I have played it 1 turn past live game and we have masonry. I manually moved the warriors in world builder. I can't replicate the injuries. Happy testing all.
I agree on the gem and warrior idea in principle. Getting him there alive is another matter. Agree on way to return warriors. Risk him or fog bust gems now? We need a few turns to heal first.

Not much is likely to change till we build TGW. My gut is get the wonder built then plan for Mids or whatever team chooses. Your 2nd city stone could be a good idea.
Big risk not fog busting key sites vs keeping warrior alive. We still have option to build that 5th warrior for the turn delay. Given the state of our strecthed out units its not a bad idea. 1 turn could save a mine being pillaged. It's a cruel game!!! Choices!! lol
There's still lots of time to think about mids, not an issue for this turnset or even the next. As we learn more about the map our priorities might change. On monarch I doubt the AI will build mids before 500BC.
Mids are very expensive, we could also consider the option to build them somewhere else than cap for a clean GE pool. Cap could focus on getting up infra to grow and cheaper wonders. Have no time for testing now, don't know if this at all would be a possible option..
I don't think anywhere else is possible for mids. Southern stone city needs more forest. 5x2=10HPT=50T. We need 7 world wonders in Rome. The other 2 stone sites are much poorer. No food!!

The better way to do this would have been to give AIs masonry until we get masonry the correct turn. If that doesnt work, you can edit in a goldmine or something for a turn or two to get it earlier. It might get a bit tricky to keep food and hammer yields the same, but with temporary edits while playing test game it's always possible to reach the exact same state as real game.
Long day ahead for me tomorrow. Final changes to plan please. I will play on tomorrow.
