Riddle for y'all: We have 3 badly damaged HAs at Pers-SW (no-man's land), 5XP, 15XP, 20XP, ready to start healing this turn. Our super medic is sitting in Persepolis. The HAs show these turn amounts for healing: 3t, 2t, 2t. If it's 10XP per turn healing in no-man's land and the super-medic adds 25XP per turn, how can one get 85XP in 2t?

Combat 4 gives +10HP/turn healing in neutral territory, so it's +45HP/turn for the C4 HAs. Combat 5 does the same in enemy territory.
 
Pollina, you're next on the schedule. Assuming every goes per WT's plan, you'll finish the game. I'm re-visiting the warring and it's going to be pretty tight to finish on, let's say, T125, including getting workers into position to railroad, railroads, cities coming out of resistance, expanding borders, planting 3 settlers. Now that we can't attack Churchill till T117 :cry:, it looks like our Joao units should attack Mehmed+Sal next. That might be optimal anyway, since Berlin will be able to crank out C2 amphibious knights that can board galleys on the same turn, right to the end of the game. Churchill should be last from that point of view, though that messes up our GLH TRs.
 
Someone needs to map out the worker logistics for a 2t rr. 33 workers with 3 settlers goes through Yekaterinburg. 37 wkrs with 2 settlers though Gandhi.

Edit: I don't mean where the rr goes but where the workers need to be positioned to be able to build the rr in 2t.

I started looking at logistics and we're in a hairy position. For instance, we can capture a swath of Kublai cities leading to the Orient on (from memory) T115-T117-T119, but then there are about 4 unroaded tiles to the Orient. So I'm planning to send 3 of the captured Darius workers through Gandhi and Mao to build those roads by about T119.

Meanwhile, we're going to need to send a flood of units at Churchill starting about T117 to capture his 5 cities in 6-8 turns. So I think we need send the Joao units to Mehmed and then Sal's 6 cities. Otherwise, where will the units come from? Furthermore, even sending them now and ferrying them from Athens across doesn't seem to give us a lot of time to wipe out Sal. We'll probably need two fronts to handle Sal time-wise.

I still haven't begun to look at where our workers need to be to build the whole rr in 2t. I supsect that's a bit trickier than one might think. Workers can only travel X turns on rr and still move onto a road and build a rr all on the same turn.

I'm relatively sanguine about how long it will take to conquer Saladin. It doesn't take very many knights to take the cities south of Jerusalem and Edirne on DoW+0 and Mecca on DoW+1. Churchill seems like more of a logistical problem - I think we might want to ferry some units over to Scandinavia before we DoW.

I still haven't begun to look at where our workers need to be to build the whole rr in 2t. I supsect that's a bit trickier than one might think. Workers can only travel X turns on rr and still move onto a road and build a rr all on the same turn.

8 squares of RR = 1.6 moves, plus 0.33 for a road, plus EDIT: 0.07 left to build the railroad.
I guess this means we should try to get 16 workers in place to do the last 16 tiles. (Probably it's actually fewer workers than that, because there are some city squares which won't need a railroad.)

The first half of the railroad should be easy enough, so long as we can build/capture enough workers.
 
Okay, that was a siesta to make Spaniards proud. I've re-calibrated my plans, although I didn't update the PPP. Got the GP plan right, worker plan right, Parthenon, knights in Berlin, roads to KK.

Hopefully I can play it out later tonight and pass off. If I don't pass out first. :)

I'm back in the country. Only 2 weeks left on my 10 million game, so I'll be busy with that, but at least able to help here too. If I understand the current situation, we can get a happy from Mao to allow us to complete MoM. It wouldn't matter if that deal cancels IT because that would create an angry citizen after the hammers already are added and MoM is complete.
