Playing thru a recent game and I think there is a bug with Shell-Tempered Pottery tradition. I was originally Mississippian, then swapped to Inca, but Shell-Tempered Pottery is one of the civic policies that became a tradition and continued through. It provides "All buildings receive a +1 Gold Adjacency for Resources." I still have it slotted, but when looking through districts to figure out where to overbuild, I noticed that only the obsolete Antiquity era buildings were receiving the 1 Gold adjacency, new buildings I built were not (even in the same tile). The screenshot below shows Cahokia, the Ampitheater is getting 1 gold (from the Gold resource adjacent) but the Temple is not. You can see from the Buildings listing, in the Library and Market tile, each are getting an extra gold. However I checked several other tiles adjacent to resources, for example the tile NW of the Palace has a new Observatory, adjacent to Wine, and again no gold.
Tradition policies are supposed to still work in future ages, this one seems to still work, but only on buildings that were built in Antiquity.
