if you scroll down to the botem of the page you will see a butern which says "upload file"
Then browes to where the save is located and sollect OK
then "post reply" and you will see add file select the path which has been suplyed to you when upload file.

I think that is how you add a file
(you my need to zip the .sav to fit the file capacity alowed)

Since when can you capture enemy airplanes? Is that new in PTWv1.21 or something? Whenever I take a city with air units in it they all blow up.

Good point I had not relised that was odd but now you mension it it does seem starange, I too do not rember a time i captured enemy planes

I'm pretty sure that you couldn't, but in a way I can see that it is possible. Stealth Fighters and Stealth Bombers have an ADM rating of 0.0.1, which is the same as early artillery units(i.e. catapults & cannons). And IIRC, any unit that does not have a defensive or offensive rating can be captured, like workers, settlers, scouts, and artillery. But then again, it still does seem a little weird, as well as the fact that they can still be blown up when they are detected.

But hey, if you can capture 20 stealth bombers in one city, Peri, I've gotta give you some credit there, you lucky dog you!
