Should the COLOSSEUM forums be merged?

Name says it all. We routinely post threads more "suitable" for science and arts forums in the main OT forum. Why not just merge all the Colosseum forums instead? May prevent Daily Me stuff as well.

Agreed. I can't speak for the other forums, but A&E is doing just fine.

Is there really any POINT to this for the umpteenth time in such a short span of time recently? People have argued about it in SEVERAL recent threads, and it would nice if some of you would have the courtesy of waiting a few months for the OT remerge to settle down before calling for the disruption of even more subforums.

Because OT has improved significantly since the merger with the chamber. So really the question is why shouldn't they be merged?

Also having been here long enough and seen what mergers and splits do, I think folks can take a pretty educated guess. OT is definitely doing better. Notice though the lack of any personalities like Betazed or Gothmog since S&T was divorced from OT. We lose all kinds of personalities when distill the subforums.

Uh-huh... and considering that there are activities and projects going on in A&E that would be awkward at best if they had to move, but would run smoothly in A&E, that doesn't give you any idea whatsoever that we don't ALL have to be (or want to be) in the SAME place all the time, hm?
