I can't seem to turn it off.. The option in the main menu doesn't seem to do anything.. I can't stand the IA highlighting it's top two picks on top of the list while I scroll down to choose it and find that it's being recommended.. Is anyone else having this problem??
Also I understand that helicopters can move in enemy territory pretty fast.. but they can't use railroad? Railroad should 1/5th the movement so they can move 20 spaces like the tanks in your/neutral territory..
