Skip turn hotkey not always working

I haven't been able to reproduce this bug reliably, but it happens every so often that you can't use the hotkey for skipping a unit's turn, and instead have to click the button to do it.

Has anyone else seen this?

Yes I can confirm this to be the case for myself as well. It seems to be something to do with using the "extra" turns to move.

For example, if I move one tile towards a hill, but don't have enough movement to go over it, the game says I have spare movement. I'm not a fan of this mechanic as it basically means you have to go through all your units twice.
