Hi! What file and line edit to get slower technology progress? On Eternity production is to slow and research to fast.

Maybe try changing TECH_COST_MODIFIER in Assets\XML\GlobalDefines.xml (line 959)

There is an "upscaled research time" option when starting a custom game.
