SM3 - AWDG in RaR with special rules

Mali sent two more warriors, 1 vet and 1 reg. The vet attacks, promoting a second TG. I had sent the first Elite to cover worker, just for this chance. The reg forts, so I send champs. Lose one, but make slave.

Pop a hut 3W from Birka, get barbs. No big surprise, but that's actually a good thing. Mali archer kills one, second promotes our champ, third kills Mali archer and later falls to our TG who has just returned to Birka.

Meet Rome, opt not to buy any tech, declare war. Sent three champs to Veii, tested my luck with one, but only knocked a single hp off the TG. Sent the other two around to pillage his road. Another champ has arrived, but I strongly suggest not attacking until we have at least 5 champs there.

The barb camp (defense: 3.5) should keep Mali busy for a little while. Do be aware of the river, which I have overlayed on the mountains. You can see it in-game by using clear map to hide the mountains.

It's going right, I hope to find food bonuce after Cultivation. With 2 more champions we have good chances to get that city.

Madviking, if you don't like AWDG level, or this SG, you can just drop out.
I'm thinking about abandoning this game due to lack of interest, RaR isn't popular now :sad:
 
That would be quite alright with me. I'm not terribly fond of this start anyway. Truth be told, my interest in Civ is waning again.
