Smaller Boosts

This is a really simple mod to decrease boosts for both tech and civics.

It cuts the boost down by 1/2, so you receive 25% (or 35% with china)

UPDATE Boosts SET Boost = Boost / 2;

So simple, such a huge gameplay impact on Epic speed on giant maps.

One of my favourite mods so far! The boosts were really too much. I found myself even trying to avoid the boosts so as to have more time to build lol.

Excited to try this out. I found myself constantly straining to get boosts because it seems silly to ever research at full cost. Now, I'll be able to focus more on research strategy because I won't feel such a sting from missing boosts. It also makes China more interesting since it doubles the effectiveness of their ability.
