River Shot

An errie beam emits from a clear, moonlit night along the Salamanca River in the Minami Province. The artist who took this picture wished to convey the calmness of the rural Salamanca suburb, away from the main metroplis.

And here is a real-time photography of the village as the sun rises and sets. Notice the moon is stationary. In this world, the moon revolves at the same rate as the planet, and rotates the same rate, giving the illusion that it is always fixed. Thus the famous Salamancan peom, "Enternal Moon".

The moon is really creating a sense of romancy... but the huts look like cancer barracks. :(

Ok, here's a little better one. (They're houses! :))

You added two '.jpg.jpg's. I'll make some pictures/find some pictures of hairando province's features (hills, mountains, gems, coast) if I can find some time...

I was in the process of editing them, oh famed lurker. ;)

Ginger_Ale is propably the highest posting lurker... ;)

Seriously, quite fine pictures... weird moon, I must say, though. Interesting fact...

Poor Salamancans live in straw huts :(

It's not straw! For the uptheenth time, it's wood! ;) This is why I don't make Civ3 units. Last one I tried crashed the game...
