So the wording makes it clear that it isn't Eleanor.
Civ-wise, it could be Phoenicia or Sweden, I think. I would rule out Mali. Ottomans are a possibility, as the quality suggests it is a very small snippet, but the other two seem to fit better.
Edit: after adjusting the brightness of my monitor, I see that it isn't a dome like structure with something on top, but a rectangular one. So Mali suddenly goes from "ruled out" to "probably" in my book.
The top of Sankore University, maybe?
Edit: No, don't think so. Still, got a Timbuktu-feel.
What's this other, wide, building called. With three towers, I believe?
Edit:
Djenne mosque of course! Duh!
I have to say these obscure sneak peeks leave me pretty cold. They may have been easier, but I preferred R&F's mini-quizzes, as they felt like more than reading far too much into a vague shape or colour palette. I'll be back tomorrow for an actual announcement .
The image resolution is especially low this time, which means it's probably a much smaller portion of the overall image. My guess is we're looking at the very tip of a mosque dome.
Mali seems more likely (I still think Ottomans will be last in order to build last-minute hype), but aesthetically it looks more Ottoman to me.
But it's only a small portion of the image, so I'm probably just looking at it wrong. My guess is Mali.
Could be. The purpled sky could be on the sunset near the polar circle. Some swedish monuments (which one? Dunno, but I think they might exists) could have some silly tiny domes, I guess.

Honestly even if it’s such low resolution that roof looks too much like a dome for a mud brick mosque. I gotta go with the Ottomans but I expect to be wrong.
Wow, that's a lot of... sky. With a strange feeling of some sand hanging in the air.
I don't like sand. It's coarse, rough, irritating, and it gets everywhere.
Have you had your share of (chocolate) coins recently, btw?
