I have "Civilization" for SNES. I thought it was the same game, but no one seems to talk about it, and its not an option in the User CP. Is it the same game or not?

It is basically the same game, there are minor differences but not to much. The only reason no one much talks about is its really old and only true fanatics even have the game, such as myself.
