The patch is ok considering that the orginal release of Conquests had some major bugs that are now fixed, GPT bug and FP bug. On the other hand, there is a major bug still present in the epic game, the AIs do not know how to make armies. This is particularily bothering as armies are too powerful (IMO) in Conquests. Some minor(?) bugs are still there also, and it is to Atari's shame that 1.22 is the final official patch.
The game is still great and can easily keep you occupied until Civ4 (this fall hopefully).
