Wonder movies are customizable, so you may be able to import the movies from Civ II wonders that are also present in Civ IV (Pyramids, Great Wall, Great Library, Great Lighthouse, Hangers, Statue of Liberty, Eiffel, UN... are those all?). The rest you'll have to find somewhere else, I'm afraid.
10+ years since playing Civ II last, the choir I was in sang "Down Among the Dead Men" (the piece the military adviser sings when he's happily drunk). I giggled a bit when I looked at the lyrics.
The diplomacy advisor woman was good, followed by the military guy. Elvis was the worst actor IMO, his hand gestures and voice/look (everything?) just don't work at all.
