So someone just went and sabotaged modpack ratings

So someone just went and gave a 1 star rating to all the Civ 4 Modpacks on the first page of the downloads.modpacks as I really doubt they naturally would all go down in rating at the same exact time.

YEAH i get this crap ALL the time, i think there are like 10 persons here, that do that, mine have been getting one star rating for a while now, and that is just plain idiotic as you said.
I believe it ought to be in this category of rating:

A - Great job, all asked for info is there and looks great, now to get it better yet.
B - Looking better with better results and at least turned in
C - Got something turned in (At least something is there for use)
D - Dog ate my homework (Idea but still nothing to show )
F - No material at all (No mod or civs made by individual)

Then anything with a, + or - will indicate if its above this average or below.

So i guess i am saying is that NO material on CFC ought to be below C-.

I just realised this 1-star-rating too, today. Quite anoying, but I think that's exactly what they are trying to be.
