Well, I'm quite the fan of Civ 6's theme song, but I remember Civ 4 and 5 getting new theme songs in the expansions. Granted, I always switched back to Baba Yetu anyways....

I actually liked the Civ4 expansions theme songs, but often I would just switch it back to Baba Yatu. I tried to mix it up. But I am a little bored of this Civ6 theme song at this point, I sometimes keep the volume off until I'm ready to play.
If you always switch back to the original song, then why should Firaxis spend resources on a new song? New songs are expensive!
For Civ 4, there are plenty of fans of the other songs too. And Civ 5's best song was in BNW
I hadn't noticed. I usually don't pay a whole lot of attention to the music. One thing I did note (that's never happened before with any civ) is that I seem to actively dislike the Maori music. It seems to make me agitated and distracted to some degree. I wonder if that's part of the whole war dance thing? The various civ's music is usually either neutral or pleasant to my ear.Well, I'm quite the fan of Civ 6's theme song, but I remember Civ 4 and 5 getting new theme songs in the expansions. Perhaps it was Norway taking one of my widely dispersed cities due to loyalty that was more the culprit.I would feel a little agitated if it got replaced. I quite enjoy it and makes the game feel that much more epic, in my opinion. That being said, I do like the old background of the spinning wheel from R&F better than the little natural disaster/storm animations.
YouTube? Is there a way to view the other movies now that the GS movie plays at startup?
For Civ V, you could go into the game files and rename them to tell the system to play the alternative. I would guess similar is true now.YouTube?
