[SOLVED] After the downgrade, Map doesn't include any resources.

Hey everyone! I have been playing the 4.20 update for a while, but as you guys know, its AI is kinda broken. Because of that, I wanted to downgrade to a more stable version of Vox Populi(4.6). But here is the thing: with that, the Map is empty as hell. I tried everything I could but couldn't figure out what the problem was, and I don't want to go back to 4.20. Could you help me with this? Here is the modlist and the map:

I think I remember seeing this before and it was related to the More Wonders mod. Of course, my memory might be wrong. But maybe try removing that and see if it still happens?

didn't work out that way, but the problem was More Wonders mod indeed. After your reply, I just looked at that mod's page and found out that I didn't download its another requirement, new effects. After installing that, the problem solved. Thanks anyway
