Some ideas for civ3. Some units and orders.

Hello. Mark again. This thread is about ideas that might be useful in civ3. And please check out my other thread Religion in civ3. It's another idea I have.
Here are my ideas

1. A fort turnpike. Example: this idea is to help get a bit of commerence for a civilization. If anthoer civilization wants to cross a road but its guarded by a fort then the unit or units can pay a simple toll of 5 gold which last for 5 turns. ANd in that five turns any soilder from that civilization that paid can cross without harm. But whens its up, they have to pay again. This is good for crossing mountains, hard areas and peacfully getting through roads to get to a lost colony or city. And helps the paid civilzation with a little cash.

2. Pay for the forts. Make the forts like in real life. Make people pay at least 50 for a fort to be built and make them more defenseble for units in them.

3. A terrorist unit. A cheap and fast unit. But also very deadly. Another thing is that when you create a terrorist, take one person away from the population. Also have ther terrorist use a suicide feature. So they kill them selves and any three squares around them. Like a nuke but not as deadly.

4. More reasons for war. so people don't seem the agressor.

5.Slavery. Add a slavery tech. And a slave units which gets slaves from enemy cities like CTP2. And a small wonder called the EMANCIPATION EPROCLMATION. Which bans slaves in the civilization that builds the wonder. And also allows a diplomatic aggrement that allows the civ who build the EP to carefully tell the other civ who has slaves, to set them free. But it sometimes may work or not.
