Question 8 : In the building editor, what is the difference between the "reduce bldg pollution" flag and putting negative pollution?
 
I have also some requests

Request one : i want to make a special unit. It is a storm control machine. I know how to give the statistics (using it like a bomber), but I need a graphic for this and I dont think there is one. If someone could find or create a lightning graphic, I would be really happy.

Well, "reduce bldg pollution" means that the building reduces by x the pollution output caused by buildings. Negative pollution means that it reduces by x the pollution from the accumulated stack.
 
I wasn´t spamming, this bloody PC just crashed and I´ve restarted it!!

From what I understand, Reduce Building Construction means that all pollution from buildings will be reduced to a maximum of one. Putting negitive pollution will reduce the pollution stack by however much it's set at.

Question 9 : One of the ressources of my mod is antimatter. Putting it in a land terrain would be so strange... If It is placed is a space (sea) tile, is there a way to collect it? It is a strategic ressource.

Question 10 : Does anything changes the chances for an airplane to be destroyed by air defenses? (on unit screen)
