[GS] Some things in the game are their previous versions.

Hello folks. My game weirdly seems to have some things reverted to a previous version. Units like mechanized infantry are at 85 CS instead of 90, jet fighters have 10 movement and 6 range instead of 5 movement 5 range, information era naval units have +1 movement compared to normal. I also checked the patch notes, and I don’t see any inconsistencies with the September 2019 update so far. The missile cruiser is inconsistent with the February 2019 update, though. From what I can detect, fighter class units have increased range and movement, information era naval units have +1 movement, and mechanized infantry has 85 CS; I didn’t detect any other differences thus far in my testing and comparing to previous patch notes. This happened a day ago after I was making a mod to give anti-cav +15 vs cav. I have since disabled all mods, verified game files, uninstalled the game and deleted it from the documents/My Games folder, uninstalled steam, updated drivers, uninstalled mod buddy and Visual Studio 13. Nothing seems to work and, save for reinstalling windows, I’m out of ideas. Currently I have steam and no mods, and it still is giving me these previous versions of units. I could modify the XML files or make a mod to fix the units, but my concern is with things that I may not notice that have reverted, also concerned multiplayer compatibility. I have also opened a ticket with 2k, with no reply yet. Please help.

Thank you

That is the current retail version and build number.
I see, so my title is inaccurate; perhaps I should’ve titled the post “Some things in the game are their previous versions”. The issue is still there, however, as some units do not have their correct stats, and there potentially are other things that aren’t correct. Any further guidance or help is appreciated. Thanks again.

Do the stats you see in-game match what the Civilopedia says? Also keep in mind that patch notes (regardless of who the developer is) are not always 100% complete. Most games have some history of stealth balance changes.

Well, my current units match the in-game civilopedia, but they do not match the stats of my units a few days ago, and they do not match the stats in the civ 6 fandom wiki nor the civ6 gamepedia.
